1、常見機(jī)柜的型號

　　1. Common cabinet models

　　規(guī)定的尺寸是服務(wù)器的寬（48.26cm＝19 英寸）與高（4.445cm 的倍數(shù)）。 由于寬為 19 英寸，所以有時也將滿足這一規(guī)定的機(jī)架稱為“19 英寸機(jī)架”。厚度以 4.445cm 為基本單位，1U 就是4.445cm。

　　The specified dimensions are the width (48.26cm=19 inches) and height (multiples of 4.445cm) of the server. Due to its width of 19 inches, racks that meet this requirement are sometimes referred to as "19 inch racks". The basic unit of thickness is 4.445cm, and 1U is 4.445cm.

　　機(jī)柜通常分為四個區(qū)域：

　　Cabinets are usually divided into four areas:

　　 1、交流配電單元?：位于機(jī)柜上端，負(fù)責(zé)電力分配，需符合規(guī)范。  

　　What? 1. Communication distribution unit? Located at the top of the cabinet, responsible for power distribution and must comply with safety regulations.  

　　2、配線架區(qū)?：用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電話等線纜管理，建議放置在中部易操作區(qū)域。 

　　2. Distribution frame area? Used for network, telephone and other cable management, it is recommended to place it in the central easy to operate area.   

　　3、有源設(shè)備區(qū)?：包括交換機(jī)、路由器等需散熱的設(shè)備，通常按功能順序排列（服務(wù)器-路由器-交換機(jī)），大件設(shè)備放底部以方便維護(hù)。  

　　3. Active equipment area? Including devices that require heat dissipation such as switches and routers, they are usually arranged in functional order (server router switch), with large equipment placed at the bottom for easy maintenance.  ?

　　4、光纜終端盒?：放置在底層托盤上，與光纜集中管理。 ?

　　排列順序

　　?線纜管理?：采用固線器固定線纜，自上而下排列，左右均勻分布，避免交叉。  

　　What? Cable management? Use a cable stabilizer to fix the cables, arrange them from top to bottom, evenly distribute them left and right, and avoid crossing.   

　　設(shè)備安裝?：大功率設(shè)備（如服務(wù)器）需預(yù)留散熱空間，前后間距≥300mm。

　　Equipment installation? High power devices (such as servers) need to reserve heat dissipation space with a front to back distance of ≥ 300mm.

　　擴(kuò)展性?：預(yù)留擴(kuò)展空間，機(jī)柜間面板需保持平行，縫隙≤3mm。 

　　Scalability? Reserve expansion space, and the panels between cabinets should be kept parallel with a gap of ≤ 3mm?

　　 22U機(jī)柜?：頂部4U用于光纖配線架，中部8U為24口模塊配線架，底部8U為交換機(jī)或路由器。  

　　What? 22U cabinet? The top 4U is used for fiber optic distribution frames, the middle 8U is for 24 port module distribution frames, and the bottom 8U is for switches or routers.  

　 42U機(jī)柜?：通常上部4U光纖配線架，中部24U交換機(jī)/路由器/理線器，底部8U為光纜終端盒或托盤。 

　　What? 42U cabinet? Usually, the upper 4U fiber optic distribution frame, the middle 24U switch/router/cable organizer, and the bottom 8U are fiber optic cable terminal boxes or trays.  

　　需注意：機(jī)柜安裝需垂直偏差≤3mm，水平誤差≤2mm，確保穩(wěn)固性和散熱需求。

　　3、機(jī)柜內(nèi)走線要求：（重要內(nèi)容）

　　多次有朋友問到關(guān)于機(jī)柜內(nèi)走線的內(nèi)容，這次弱電行業(yè)網(wǎng)在這里一起來談下。

　　1、 線纜的布放應(yīng)自然平直，不得產(chǎn)生扭絞、打圈接頭等現(xiàn)象，不應(yīng)受外力的擠壓和損傷。

　　1. The laying of cables should be natural and straight, without twisting, looping joints or other phenomena, and should not be compressed or damaged by external forces.

　　2、 纜線兩端應(yīng)貼有標(biāo)簽，應(yīng)標(biāo)明編號，標(biāo)簽書寫應(yīng)清晰，端正和正確。標(biāo)簽應(yīng)選用不易損壞的材料。

　　2. Both ends of the cable should be labeled with numbers, and the label writing should be clear, upright, and correct. Labels should be made of materials that are not easily damaged.

　　3、 在線纜預(yù)留方面，對于固定安裝的機(jī)柜，在機(jī)柜內(nèi)不應(yīng)有預(yù)留線長，預(yù)留線應(yīng)預(yù)留在可以隱蔽的地方，長度在1m-1.5m之間。對于可移動的機(jī)柜，聯(lián)入機(jī)柜的全部線纜在聯(lián)入機(jī)柜的入口處，應(yīng)少預(yù)留1m，同時各種線纜的預(yù)留長度相互之間的差別應(yīng)不超過0.5m。

　　3. In terms of cable reservation, for fixed installation cabinets, there should be no reserved wire length inside the cabinet. The reserved wire should be reserved in a concealed place with a length between 1m-1.5m. 　　6、 不同電壓等級，不同電源類別的線路應(yīng)分開布置，分隔敷設(shè)。

　　7、 引入機(jī)柜內(nèi)的纜線應(yīng)從機(jī)柜的下方進(jìn)入機(jī)柜，沿機(jī)柜后方兩側(cè)立桿向上引入配線架，卡入跳線架連接快內(nèi)的單根線纜色標(biāo)應(yīng)和跳線架的色標(biāo)相一致，大對數(shù)線纜按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色譜的組合規(guī)定進(jìn)行排序。

　　7. The cables introduced into the cabinet should enter from the bottom of the cabinet, and be led upwards along the vertical poles on both sides of the cabinet to the distribution frame. The single cable connected to the jumper frame should have the same color code as the jumper frame, and the large number of cables should be sorted according to the combination regulations of the standard color spectrum.

　　8、 接線端子各種標(biāo)志應(yīng)齊全，數(shù)據(jù)配線架及交換機(jī)設(shè)備安裝完成后，標(biāo)貼機(jī)打標(biāo)簽，注明對應(yīng)房間號以及端口號。

　　9、 纜線在接終端錢，必須核對纜線標(biāo)識內(nèi)容是否正確。、
